Cancellation and Refund Policy
There is a $25.00 processing fee for cancellation by October 9, 2007. The request must be made in writing and sent to the MAP office. NO refunds will be granted on or after October 10, 2007. Substitutions may be made at any time (the difference between member and non-member fee will be charged if a non-member replaces a member).


Attire
Businss-casual attire is recommended for sessions and mobile workshops.  Business-casual can be defined as “less formal than the standard suit and tie or dress.” Comfortable shoes are strongly recommended!

Spouse/Guest Registration
Registration as a spouse/guest is not required unless additional meal tickets are purchased. Due to limited space, spouses/guests may not attend sessions.

To Register
Complete both sides of the registration form and fax or mail to the MAP office. Make check payable to Michigan Association of Planning. Credit card payments are accepted.  On-site registration is the regular rate plus a $50 late fee.

MAP does not accept registrations or credit card information over the phone.   Registrations can be faxed at 734.913.2061.
