Once again we are providing the opportunity for conference attendees to attend the Michigan State University Extension Citizen Planner Program. All seven of the core sessions will be available beginning on
Wednesday morning, October 17, 2007, and ending with a session on Saturday, October 20, 2007.
To earn the certificate of completion, you must attend all seven session:
Introduction to Planning and Zoning
Legal Foundations of Planning and Zoning
MAP Basic Training
Plan Implementation – Tools and Development Controls
Best Practices for Innovative Planning and Zoning
Art of Community Planning
Sign in and sign out is required at every session.
The program cost is $35 and includes the MSUE Citizen Planner booklet with handout materials. The booklet will be provided on Saturday, October 20, 2007. The fee is in addition to your Full Conference fee.
