New Directions Research Study
Download your copy of New Directions: Recommendations for Planning, Zoning, and Subdivision Law in Michigan. New Directions is the definitive word on changes to state law necessary to modernize the primary land use statutes. The association wishes to thank the W. K. Kellogg Foundation though its People and Land (PAL) program for funding this research project.

MAP's Government Relations Committee developed a survey to identify which of the recommendations of the New Directions report are most important for the Association to undertake, and is seeking input from the membership. You can access the survey here; please complete the survey and return it to MAP as an e-mail attachment to Andrea Brown or fax it to (734) 913.2000
