Registration Policy

There is a $25 processing fee for conference registration cancellation before September 26, 2011. The request must be made in writing and sent to the MAP office. NO refunds will be granted on or after September 26, 2011. Substitutions may be made at any time (the difference between member and non-member fee will be charged if a non-member replaces a member).
