 Attendees must register for the conference before booking overnight room information will be provided. Room block information will be provided via email after registration is complete.

Online registration is now closed.  If you would like to attend the conference, you will need to register on site in Grand Rapids.  There is a $50 fee for onsite registrations.  

Registration Policies

Payment is required at the time of registration.

There is a $50 processing fee to cancel a conference registration on or before August 20, 2018. The cancellation request must be made in writing ([email protected]) and sent to the MAP office. NO refunds will be granted on or after August 21, 2018. Cancellations received on or after August 21, 2018 and no-shows the day of the event will be responsible for the full registration amount to cover food/beverage and conference materials costs that have already been incurred.

You may: 1. Send a substitute (the difference between member and non-member fee will be charged if a non-member replaces a member) or 2. Receive the conference materials in the mail if you are unable to attend but not able to cancel in time.
