CEDAM's Affordable Housing Forum: LIHTC & the QAP

Registration is open for CEDAM's Affordable Housing Forum: LIHTC & the QAP taking place Tuesday, August 4 from 9:00am - 5:00pm at the DoubleTree by Hilton Lansing.

Annually, CEDAM, in partnership with MSHDA, equity investors, and developers, convene for a day-long training and discussion about MSHDA's LIHTC program, application expectations through the Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP), other MSHDA programs, the status of the equity markets, and other topics related to multi-family housing in Michigan. 

This event is geared toward both emerging and experienced developers who have utilized or plan to utilize Low Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC) to develop housing. Our agenda will feature experienced investors and developers who are navigating LIHTC project challenges and opportunities in real time and are passionate about strengthening the affordable housing ecosystem.
