Asset Management Essentials for Elected Officials and Decision Makers training

This free program brought to you by the Michigan Infrastructure Council is for elected officials and other decision makers who oversee public infrastructure and influence how resources are used. It is intended for senior and mid‑level leaders in state agencies, local and regional governments, public utilities, planning authorities, and other public organizations that deliver or manage infrastructure services. It includes a watch on demand webinar presenting an abbreviated version of the Asset Management Champions Program and a downloadable Asset Management Essentials Primer, a concise booklet introducing the core principles of asset management.
